Greed for money is an old human feature as you see at this fountain in Aachen, named “Circuit of Money”. The US-Economist James Tobin suggested a tax on foreign exchange transactions (0,5%), now known as the “Tobin tax”. It is an appropriate tool to avoid financial crisis in future.
